Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Kvants collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use Kvants websites, Kvants Studio, dashboards, APIs, AI-assisted tools, waitlists, email flows, marketplace features, and related services.

If a third-party broker, exchange, wallet, payment provider, analytics provider, model provider, or data provider processes your information, their privacy terms also apply to their services.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as email address, name, password hash, wallet address, contact details, country, affiliate attribution, subscription status, and support messages.

We may collect product information such as strategies, prompts, AI outputs, backtest results, deployment settings, broker connection status, encrypted API credentials you choose to store, usage events, payment receipts, credits, logs, device metadata, and security signals.

X Pixel campaign measurement is enabled by default unless you disable it through Privacy choices. Kvants suppresses full page locations before configuring X Pixel so sensitive URL parameters are not sent to X. Depending on your saved choices, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, and PostHog may also collect website measurement or advertising information such as pages viewed, referral URLs, UTM parameters, approximate location inferred from IP, browser and device data, cookie identifiers, campaign events, and session interactions. Kvants configures PostHog session replay to mask page text, form inputs, and element attributes.

Sentry receives software errors, stack traces, performance timing, and limited request metadata so we can detect and repair failures. Kvants configures Sentry not to send request bodies, cookies, headers, query strings, email addresses, names, wallets, prompts, strategies, or stored credentials.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, personalize, troubleshoot, and improve the services; authenticate users; process payments; support broker, exchange, wallet, model, and data integrations; send transactional emails; measure performance; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and communicate with you.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product development, security, research, marketing, and reporting, provided it does not reasonably identify you.

AI and model providers

When you use AI-assisted features, prompts, strategy context, selected files, outputs, and related metadata may be processed by model providers, orchestration providers, or infrastructure providers so the feature can work. You should not submit secrets, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party data unless you have authority and accept that processing.

Kvants may store authenticated AI prompts and assistant replies in its first-party database so authorized administrators can provide support, investigate abuse, and diagnose failed requests. These audit copies include lifecycle and model metadata but do not copy system prompts, separately stored platform credentials, full strategy graphs, or raw tool payloads. Prompt and reply text is retained as submitted, including any secret entered there; operational error fields are scrubbed for common secret formats. Audit capture is fail-open, so a storage outage may leave gaps without blocking the AI feature.

Where the service allows bring-your-own-key or provider selection, your use of that provider is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Cookies, pixels, and advertising

Essential first-party storage supports authentication, security, and waitlist functionality. X Pixel loads by default for campaign measurement. Your saved Privacy choices control X Pixel, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, and PostHog, which may measure traffic and campaigns, analyze sessions, and support interest-based advertising.

Allow essentials keeps X Pixel enabled while leaving Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, and PostHog disabled. Allow all enables all five services. Customize lets you disable X or choose each service individually, and you can change the decision later through the Privacy choices control. You can also use X's personalized-ads controls at https://x.com/settings/account/personalization, other platform ad settings, browser controls, or contact privacy@kvants.ai.

Sharing information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, email, payments, customer support, model access, broker or exchange connectivity, and operations. We require service providers to process information only for authorized purposes.

We may share information when you direct us to connect a third-party account, publish marketplace content, use an affiliate link, complete a payment, join a community, or otherwise interact with third-party services.

We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, legal process, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, security, protection of rights, corporate transactions, or enforcement of our terms.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption or hashing where appropriate, credential redaction, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting wallets and API keys, limiting broker permissions, and revoking third-party credentials you no longer need.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, keep business records, and improve the product. We may retain backups, logs, de-identified data, and records required for legal or security purposes after account deletion.

AI conversation audit turns are retained for 90 days by default, then deleted from the admin audit view by an automatic startup and periodic privacy sweep. Deleting your account removes these conversation audit copies and your saved chat history from the active service database, subject to any backup or legal retention described above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing.

To make a request, contact privacy@kvants.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit requests where allowed by law, such as for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of other users.

International transfers

Kvants and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children

The services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact privacy@kvants.ai.
